Allison N. Washington is a transformational executive leader with more than 20 years of experience driving people strategy, organizational growth, and culture transformation across complex, multi-state organizations. As Vice President of Human Resources for Priority Ambulance Family of Companies, she leads enterprise HR strategy supporting thousands of frontline professionals who serve communities every day.

Throughout her career, Allison has built a reputation for aligning workforce strategy with operational excellence. She has strengthened leadership pipelines, modernized compensation structures, and implemented accountability systems that enable organizations to scale with integrity. Her previous leadership roles with Global Medical Response and Education Corporation of America include guiding organizations through significant growth, reducing turnover, and enhancing compliance infrastructure.

A champion for women in leadership, Allison is passionate about helping leaders operate with clarity and confidence, particularly in industries where women continue to forge paths. She believes strong cultures are built on courage, transparency, and clear standards.

Allison holds both a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from Faulkner University and is a Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst. She is an active member of SHRM and Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
